Prior to engaging CriticalPoint, the company was no stranger to M&A, having completed six acquisitions in their home state alone. However, after establishing a dominant presence in Arizona, the company, in conjunction with its new sponsor, Huron Capital, sought to become a super-regional leader in the industry

CriticalPoint offered Pueblo and Huron a dedicated team to leverage its relationships, technology, and processes. CriticalPoint took a broad, yet focused approach to canvas the HVAC industry and identify numerous compelling opportunities across adjacent regions, primarily in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain states.
