Monica is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and executing on new investment opportunities, as well as managing portfolio companies for CriticalPoint’s Private Capital team. She brings over 12 years of experience in financial due diligence, project management, strategic innovation, and public accountancy across a breadth of industries. Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Monica worked in Deloitte’s Merger and Acquisition Advisory practice, participating in all phases of the transaction life cycle. She led due diligence teams that advised the firm’s most significant private equity and strategic corporate clients. Monica’s vast deal experience covers a variety of transaction environments including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in the U.S. and internationally.
