Reid is responsible for sourcing and executing mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising transactions at CriticalPoint. He brings a wide range of experience having advised large-cap and middle-market companies on M&A, public equity issuance, debt financings and private placements across a variety of industries.
Prior to CriticalPoint, Reid worked at Echelon Capital Markets, a Toronto-based investment bank, as part of the M&A team. Previously, Reid worked at CIBC World Markets in the investment banking group in Toronto, focusing on the natural resources and metals & mining industries; as well as at PricewaterhouseCoopers within the corporate finance team.
Reid received his Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance from the Rowe School of Business at Dalhousie University in Canada. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
