Brad joined CriticalPoint as a Partner shortly after the firm’s founding in 2012 and has been a part of the leadership team ever since. Brad’s focus is to work with middle market companies across a full range of M&A, Investment and Capital opportunities to enhance value for shareholders, management teams and their employees.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Brad spent over eight years as an investment professional in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Platinum Equity. He brings a legacy of leading complex buy-side, sell-side, and financing transactions globally, in addition to holding multiple board positions for several companies in both the U.S. and Europe. Brad brings significant cross-border M&A experience as a result of his time working in Platinum’s European Headquarters in Paris, France.
Previously, Brad worked as a Senior Credit Officer for a specialty finance company where he structured and executed commercial loans to middle market companies. Earlier in his career, Brad was an Acquisitions Officer in the United States Air Force where he helped procure multi-billion dollar Global Positioning System satellite technology.
Brad received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
