(NASDAQ: XRAY) (“Dentsply Sirona”) has sold substantially all the assets of Ransom & Randolph Company (the “Company” or “R&R”) to PMC Capital Partners, LLC (“PMC”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1872 and acquired by Dentsply Sirona in 1964, R&R is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty consumables to the global investment casting industry. The Company serves a broad range of markets including aerospace, defense, industrial gas turbine, automotive, commercial, jewelry, dental and art casting.
