NCL is a highly-reputable formulator and manufacturer of innovative skincare and color cosmetic products for top beauty brands. Dream Team, a cosmetics formulator of Sun Valley, CA, has experienced rapid growth since its inception in 2013 by providing trend-setting styles to its loyal customer base. Dream Team’s creative and unique expertise in product development will greatly complement the NCL platform, expanding upon existing capabilities and offerings.
