Brian is responsible for sourcing and evaluating M&A and capital raising transactions, as well as developing strategic relationships for CriticalPoint. He brings over 7 years of experience in underwriting and executing debt financings for large and mid-cap companies.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Brian served as an Associate in the Power and Utilities coverage group at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) where he structured and executed financings and capital solutions for integrated energy companies, investor-owned utilities, and independent power producers.
Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
